Job Description

The Accountant / Senior Accountant will have the responsibility for keeping all the book transactions in accordance with IFRS and PRC regulations, well experiences with financial P&L and BS statements, annual local statutory reports and taxation related duties. It will be appreciated if the candidate is good at the internal control procedures of any multinational company or communication agency.

Selection Criteria and Responsibilities

1. A recognised professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
2. Minimum two or three years experience in finance or accounting according to international standards, have booking transaction responsibility for full set of accounts and P&L.
3. The ability to converse in written and reading of English.
4. A good working knowledge of computerised accounting systems and software, including good excel and word skills.
5. An understanding of the taxation requirements of the operation.
6. Keeping the transactions related to the cash flow, managing the experiences, AP and AR.
7. Input the related details of staff payroll (to be confirmed if it’s needed later).
8. Ensuring timely issuing and settlement of client invoices.
9. Good communication skills with co-workers, active, positive and willing to learn.
10. Working experience in an international environment. It will be a plus if worked with a multinational company or CPA firm before.
