职位描述
Title: Business Development Manager
Location: (to be decided, willing to be relocated)
In this role the incumbent will lead the execution of Low Voltage Products Division's mid segment strategy through 2nd brand in China, increasing the company's segment competiveness, be responsible for P&L by leading the team to establish innovative product portfolio, effective SCM & production, sustainable customer approach, proactive marketing and sound delivery and service system
Tasks:
? Implement the mid segment strategy through 2nd brand in China
? Increase the company's competitiveness, and achieve the performance targets set by the BU/division
? Implement and monitor the operation budget, responsible for P&L (profit & loss )
? Develop and implement the proactive M&S strategies and plan for the target segment market in China
? Manage the segment's sales organization, and build up sustainable local customer approach and sound sales channel to achieve business and customer growth to fulfill business target.
? Establish sales and marketing budgets and control the related expenses
? Develop innovative product strategies (with R&D team' support) to meet the market demand of target segment, to achieve the synergy with other business units.
? Lead the team to optimize SCM, establish and improve production toward high cost -efficiency
? Ensure a good service system and logistics system for high customer satisfaction
? Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, and conduct performance management
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have:
? > 10 years of managerial experience with strong electrical Industry background, especially with mid segment market
? Solid sales and marketing experience with local low voltage electrical market
? Able to manage senior management teams covering all organization functions including factory operation
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent with motivator, excellent people management and communication skills, entrepreneurial drive to seek business growth opportunities
? Good written and spoken English is a plus
