职位描述
1. Supervisor is reporting to store manager/assistant store manager or retail superior.
2. Supervisor to assist the store manager/assistant store manager and other members of the team in managing the day-to-day performance of the store by the delivery of the main promises to our guests and team.
3. To provide a fast, efficient and friendly service at ALL times of the day.
4. To know what is expected of you and you will be enabled to deliver it.
5. To be hands-on in the training of all new staffs and be responsible for the sign-off of their records.
6. To keep the store team training files up to date.
7. To provide regular updates to the store manager following shop staffs’ absence.
8. To attend training meetings when required and in turn help to brief shop staffs of new information ensuring that understanding is achieved.
9. To take an active role in your own personal learning and development, e.g. product knowledge through to career development opportunities.
10. From shift briefing through until close, help to manage the team to generate sales and to deliver excellent guest service at all times, in line with brand standards.
11. To have considerable experience and confidence in order to be identified as a product expert.
12. To monitor and take action on issues that affects the excellence of our service.
13. To communicate confidently with all guests and colleagues in an open and friendly manner and handle any guest enquiry to a satisfactory conclusion.
14. To ensure the security of cash, stock, premises and personnel by following all current procedures and through careful observation, action and use of keys.
15. By effective day-to-day management of the schedule, help to ensure that labor budgets are not exceeded.
16. To maintain the schedule of daily, weekly and monthly checklists and reports that exist in the business, ensuring accuracy and instigating any appropriate action.
17. To ensure all company records are kept accurately, neatly and are maintained in a confidential and accessible manner.
18. By ensuring all till functions are conducted in an accurate and conscientious manner, be accountable for all financial anomalies recorded during shift responsibility.
19. To respond willingly to any reasonable request that may benefit our guests, our investors and the corporate team.
20. To be aware of the various resource and reference guides required to complete the job.
21. To raise any anomalies or concerns to the store manager/Assistant Store Manager.
22. Follow superior’s instruction for any new assignment/projects.
任职资格:
大学专科以上学历,较好的英文书写及口语,熟悉电脑OFFICE操作软件。
三年以上品牌零售工作经验,至少一年以上奢侈品牌的店铺管理工作经验。
出色的销售能力、具备较佳的客户服务理念和良好的团队管理工作经验。
