Required_skills_qualifications:
Strong knowledge/skills of internal combustion engine principle. An accredited engineering degree and excellent
analytical skills. Must have ability to communicate effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well ascustomers.

More requirements as below,
1. Bachelor's degree or above from university, majoring in engine, automobile, or related majors
2. At least 3 years related working experience in engineering test or engine design
3. Knowledge of internal combustion engine principle,both Mechanical engine and Electronic engine control, know well the
mechanical theory (engine build and strip)
4. Know well about the engine validation test process, operation and test equipment(test Rig)
5. Good capability on engine test data analysis and trouble shooting
6. Strong initiative and effective work plan establish and implement
7. Good communication, teamwork, interpersonal skill
8. Project management experience is a plus
9. Good English in oral, reading and writing
10. Good command of NVH is a plus.
