Key tasks:
· Manager for Team Members and Team Leaders
· As process owner be responsible for:
safety + HSE
quality + Q-system
delivery
cost
· As owner secure the quality, via audit dialogues, and execution of the SOP’s
· One of the driver for problems solving and continue improvement .
· By own presence drive performance of the team and employees
· Be responsible for consumable cost within target
· Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities
· Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
· Control of quality, deviations and line stops
· Provide the team with relevant information
· Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level
· Perform audits according to ALPS
· Communicate with production support for new products prototype manufacturing(ADD)

Qualifications & experience:
Bachelor degree with mechanism background or equivalent.
Above 3 years work experience in CNC production management. Familiar with the CNC process and insert .
Good leadership and management skills,
Experience from improvement tools, e.g lean manufacturing ,5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen
