职位描述

Qualifications任职资格:

  • Graduate in mechanical high school or college 机械专业的职高或大专毕业
  • At least 1 years of team leader or supervisor experience and good floor management and lead skill 至少一年主管或班组长工作经验,良好的一线管理能力和领导能力
  • Should have one ability for fixing the technology issue, such as the die casting, machining and the assembly至少有一项技术问题解决能力,压铸,机加工或装配
  • Good team work play 良好的团队合作精神。
  • Intermediate level math and SPC an asset良好的数学计算和统计能力。
  • Problem solving techniques有效解决问题的能力。
  • General PC knowledge会使用电脑。
  • Familiar with legislated requirements and corporate standards for health and safety熟悉健康安全法律法规。
  • Have floor 5S management experience有实施5S的经验
  • knowledge about floor waste and experience for elimination waste are asset了解工厂浪费的基本知识,有实施去除浪费经验的优先。
  • Good communication skill 良好的沟通技巧。
  • Have basic skill for operators motivation 有激励一线员工的基本技巧。
  • Communicate fluently in both written and spoken English are asset有良好的英文说写读听能力者优先

Duties and Responsibilities职责范围:

  • To build a positive ,trusting and high performance environment by ownership, effective communication with team leaders & operators and production supervisors ,solving conflicts and effective motivate operators .通过已身作则,与班组长、操作工和生产主管的有效沟通,及解决冲突和有效的激励来建立积极、互相和高度执行力的生产环境。
  • Build fair and open requirement to reward and motivate operators according company motivation procedure and punish operators according to handbook and company policy.依据公司的激励流程对员工进行奖励和按照公司的员工手册和规定处罚员工来建立公平和开放的环境。。
  • Do team leaders yearly and probation PA and to use self- appraisal and appraisal and track KPI performance .通过自评和评估的方式来跟踪关键绩效目标来进行班组长的年度和试用期的PA评估。
  • organize weekly operators meeting and explain production information ,collect operators advise explain corrective action take to improve operators satisfaction 组织每周的员工会议来发布生产部新信息,收集员工建议和解释所采取的整改行动来提高生产部员工满意度。
  • Engage TPM activities to create Operators additional 5S and cleaning list on TPM time ,monitors team leaders and operators do first level maintenance and 5s cleaning.通过建立在TPM 时间内实施的额外的5S活动和清洁清单,并监督组长和员工执行第一层次的维护和5S的清洁来参与TPM的活动。
  • Apply proper operators overtime and check attendance with HR recorder to control operators overtime rate in budget rate 申请合适的员工加班和与HR部门核对员工出勤来控制员工的加班在预算的范围。
  • track OEE ,scrap rate and take rough action to correct to make production high efficiency .通过跟踪日常的OEE和次品率并采取粗略的改正措施来促使达到高的生产效率。
  • Push maintenance guy quick fix equipment issues and push process auditor certificate first off on time and material handle feed on time to make production high efficiency .通过推动设备维护人员快速修理和检验人员及时的首件检查和物料员的及时供应原材料促使达到高的生产效率。
  • Analysis production operation efficiency issue and take quick action to make production high efficiency .通过分析生产的开动率并采取快速的行动整改来促使达到高的生产效率。
  • hourly Report production status and down issues to all related persons to push all support department high efficiency service and make production high efficiency .通过汇报每小时的生产状态表和停机事项给相关的负责人来推动服务部门高效的服务效率并保证达到高的生产效率。
  • track changeover status and advise good suggestions to ME to reduce changeover time .通过跟踪换线时间及提供好的建议给制造工程师来达到减低换线时间。
  • Daily track DMN complement to make no yesterday’s hold components ,semi-finished good and finished good on floor .通过每日跟踪DMN报告的完成情况来保证现场无昨日待处理的零件,半成品和成品。
  • Control production supplying cost to apply budgeted number production supply , correctly take from warehouse and distribute and stat. and check with budget and take rough action.通过申请符合预算的生产辅料,仓库领取和发放并每周的对比预算及初部的整改方案来达到控制部门生产辅料的成本控制。
  • Responsible manufacturing process meet process flow and products meet all quality requirement to supervise all operators operation meet WI and audit for error proof check and equipment check and first off are followed as requirement, especially one piece flow.通过监督所有员工的操作符合作业文件的要求和督察所有的防错检查和设备点检和首件检查来确保制造过程符合工序要求和生产出来的产品符合控制计划中的所有质量要求,特别是单件流。
  • Ensure the rework process & activity are in control to prevent the no good product to flow to the customer side必须确保产品的返工工艺和活动必须是受控的,防止不合格品流向客户
