职位描述
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Changzhou
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Identifies Chassis assembly ,control plan,PFMEA, Project plan, project budget
l Research and develops new projects and improvement for chassis assembly.
l Define/response CTQ during prototyping and pilot run.
l Analyses product field performance and identifies opportunities to increases product value and manufacturing effectiveness during NPI phase.
l Responds and implements Qualification & pilot run
l Defines and identifies WI/DTS.
l Develops & implements BOM and ECO in Oracle systems.
l Responsible for CI activities in prototyping and pilot run phase.
REQUIREMENTS:
l Min. three years work experience in Chassis Assembly process. Undergraduate College education and major in electric/mechanical.
l Familiar with setting up process flow/work instruction.
l Stronger engineering logic and trouble-shooting capability.
l Familiar with process improvement tools.
l Skilled in design tools (Pro/E & ACAD) operations is preferred.
l Capable in spoken and written English.
l Interaction / Relationship
l Internal: Production/PMC/Quality/Sales/Purchasing/Sourcing
l External: Supplier/Customer.
l Good manufacturing knowledge of sheet metal, machining, casting, plastic injection molding and finishing processes.
