CLIENT SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY
JOB assignments:
3 fields to sell in:
Mining (OTR), truck and bus (60%): sell from our corporate catalogue
Auto OEM for TTV (20%): sell products manufactured in China
Aftermarket: Tire service chain (20%): distribution network for our catalogue
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities in the OEM and aftermarket, domestic and export businesses.
- New business development, Identifying target customers and develop new businesses in China.
- Grow business with existing customers.
- Identify growth opportunities in various market segments like Automotive, Heavy duty and Off-The-Road, etc.
- Appoint dealers in various cities and develop a distribution network for Tyre Hardware and TPMS products.
- Sales forecasting and obtaining marketing information.
- Prepare tactical plans to meet sales budget.
- Develop a sales team (one team member to start with)
- Report to the Vice President - Asia-Pacific
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably with engineering background.
- 5 Years and above proven experience in Tire / Heavy duty Mining Equipment Industry / Automotive.
- Customer contacts in the above Industries is preferred
- Proven record in selling high value products and technical selling
- Experience in developing and leading the sales team
- High moral values, integrity and a self-starter
- Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time)
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Good communication skill in English (foreign suppliers and report in English)
- More a sense of achievement than interested by the money.
- Entrepreneurial spirit
