Job-Description岗位描述:


- Execution of projects in the whole area of quality management (Supplier development and qualifications, process improvements,initial sampling, etc.)

执行整个区域范围内的质量管理项目（供应商开发和资格审核、过程提升、首次取样等）

- Training of staff in the quality methods and processes

对员工进行质量方法和过程的培训

- Project management 项目管理

- Support the technical management in the planning and implementation of Projects

在计划和实施项目的技术管理中给予支持

- intensive communication with customers and technical management

与客户和技术管理部门进行密切交流

- Coordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between/within the company and customer 协调公司内部或与客户间技术信息的收集与宣传工作

- Support the technical management in the improvement of process flows in the Projects

对项目提升过程流程中的技术管理给予支持

- Problem solving in a team environment 团队合作下解决问题


Qualifications所需技能:

- University degree or equivalent qualification in subject area plastics, metal, electrical, mechanical engineering, vehicle

本科学历或相关资格证明，如塑胶、金属、电子、机械、工程学、车辆领域

- Experience in supplier management, process technologies and various project management tools in the automotive industry有汽车行业中供应商管理、过程工艺和项目管理工具的经验

- Skilled in FMEA, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, PDCA, CIP, VDA, TS

能熟练使用FMEA、六个Sigma、 APQP、 PPAP、 PDCA、 CIP、 VDA、TS

- Minimum of three years of experience in the automotive quality assurance

在汽车行业至少有三年的工作经验

- Negotiation skills and assertiveness谈判技巧和决策力

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, German would be an plus

良好的中英文口语与书面表达能力（中文为普通话，德语为附加条件）

- Understanding of Chinese culture了解中国文化

- Strong personal commitment, teamwork, customer-oriented thinking and acting

较强的个人奉献精神、团队合作精神、以客户为中心的思维与作风

- Knowledge of MS-Office熟悉MS-Office
