Job Description

Title: 客户经理Account Manager

BU/Department: 汽车延长保修保险项目Car EW Project of Affinity

Reports to: 项目负责人Project Leader

Purpose: To achieve sales & profitability target for Car Extended Warranty business in the assigned geographical region

负责指定区域内汽车延长保修保险项目销售与利润目标的达成。


Job Content

l Execute sales plans in the assigned region to achieve sales targets/financial goals.

执行指定区域内销售计划以达成销售与财务目标

l Establish & train the dealer sales/after sales team to promote sales of Extended Warranty products.

塑造与培养经销商的销售及售后团队,以推动延保保险产品的销售

l Monitor performance against agreed objectives to ensure achievement against deadlines/sales targets and implement remedial actions if necessary.

监控经销商销售目标达成情况,适时采取必要行动推动销售

l To assist the Operations Manager in the launch of new insurance programmes, ensuring that all terms of cover, processes and procedures are implemented accurately in your region within the agreed timescales and in accordance with company’s requirements.

协助运营经理推出新的保险计划,并保证所有承保条件、流程与步骤在所负责区域根据公司要求准确执行

l Assess customer needs and the context to ensure these are fully understood and the appropriate advice is provided.

确保充分了解客户需求,并给出恰当的建议

l Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure that appropriate service delivery meets their needs.

与客户及潜在客户建立并保持强大有效的人际网络,确保用恰当的服务满足他们的要求。

l Undertake insurance product and / or sales training to business partners.

执行针对业务合作伙伴的保险产品培训或销售培训

l Hold regular meetings both internally with team and externally with clients to maintain high levels of communication.

通过定期会议与内外部保持良好沟通

l Frequently collect and report dealer/customer information, competitor activities at customer side.

持续关注经销商与客户信息、竞争对手销售活动等,并及时向主管汇报

l Follow all internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to best practice.

Education and/or Experience

l Undergraduate degree

学士学位


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

l Good presentational, communication and inter-personal skills.

良好的演讲、沟通技巧及人际沟通技巧

l Good time management and ability to work to deadlines.

良好的时间管理能力,并能在有限时间内完成工作

l Strong service-oriented attitude.

出色的客户服务态度

l Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, with good written and spoken English

中文流利,英文具备良好的书写与口语能力

l Good PC skills, including knowledge of PowerPoint and similar presentational programmes.

良好的电脑使用技巧,包括熟悉PPT或类似展示工具的使用
