Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing on-site IT support and daily IT infrastructure operations/maintenance.
2. Essential business application support, cooperate with Regional IT team for ERP system better utilization/improvement.
3. Work on full Sarbanes-Oxley compliance of application systems control.
4. Other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

. Bachelor or above, major in computer science or related, at least 5 years working experience in front of IT support at manufacturing area
. Good hands-on experience on ERP system (QAD knowledge/skill are highly recommended)
. Sound business experience with interest and skills in IT application;
. Customer-oriented, proactive and willing to take responsibility,
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
. Fluency in both Mandarin and English are required
. Able to work under pressure.
