职位描述

Main areas of Responsibility include the following.
1. Build a successful team with 6-8 members, provide necessary training, coaching and leadership for the team.
2. Prospect and prioritize largest retail/F&B sales opportunities in particular territories within China for prepaid/Gift card, loyalty and associated products identifying short and medium terms wins.
3. Represent SVS within potential partnership/reseller agreement in the territory leveraging the existing customer base of our partners.
4. Investigate and secure new revenue opportunities through a consultative and knowledgeable approach in order to deliver cost saving and revenue generating solutions to the prospective customers.
5. Communicate the brand values and experience of SVS to prospects in the immediate territories of the region in coordination with the VP Sales.
6. Create and participate in tactical marketing activities including the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, advertising, press releases, customer pitches, web site support, etc.
7. Lead cross-functional resources for special growth initiatives.
8. Manage and deliver detailed RFP responses.
9. Support and contribute to the development of the SVS long range plan.

Education/Experience
1. Minimum 4 years’ full-time university with a bachelor degree, Master’s Degree is preferred; previous experience as a Sales Director or Sales Manager process selling or equivalent industry experience.
2. 5 + years business experience with background in consultative selling particularly in a retail environment, business development – prospecting and pipeline building, research and analysis and/or strategic planning.
3. Superior analytic expertise; talent as a strategic thinker with high-level understanding of payment .
4. Trends and market analysis; ability to translate information into succinct, actionable, and strategic recommendations.
5. Strong relationship-management skills, including an ability to build rapport with team members and among other business units.
6. Strong orientation to team and organization success.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with and influence others at all organizational levels.
8. Professional presence; articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills; adept at active listening, reading an audience, and tailoring messages; respected by peers and managers.
9. Tolerance for business ambiguity; the ability to thrive under quickly changing situations; adaptable.
10. Solid initiative, driven self-starter; able to work independently and manage results. Strong business acumen and creative (out of the box) thinker.
11. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English and any local territory operating language/s.
