Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Managing Director in China and Marketing Director in HQ, you will be acting as our Marketing Director for China market;
You will define and implement our marketing strategy by working closely with HQ and members of other departments, in particular the sales teams.
You will perform market studies and evaluate the needs of our clients and users to recommend new developments and define new products and services.
You will also be in charge of marketing operations to stimulate sales in a variety of target market segments.
You will be responsible for optimizing the budget and operations, taking into account profit margins and ROI.
You will work on a worldwide scale, leading a marketing team based in China.


Qualifications:

You hold an advanced degree from a distinguished business or engineering school.
You have at least 10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in the B2B market.
You have management experience and have already held the title of Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager.
You are familiar with the Internet and technological environments. Knowledge of the professional training, education, and e-learning markets would be an important asset.
In addition to being creative, practical, energetic, and detail-oriented, you are analytical, see the big picture, and know how to achieve objectives.
English and Chinese are the primary working language.
