职位描述
Main duties:
? Building and constantly improving the relationship to the Key persons and decision makers in Key Customers and its subcontractors. Ensuring that the right people from KNOWLES are involved if necessary – Power base selling
? Representation of KNOWLES towards Key customers and its subcontractors
? Definition and realization of the sales strategy aligned with the sales manager and with the Global Account Manager for the customers
? Realization of the Sales targets for the customers (turnover project wins, customer satisfaction index, …) ? ? ? ?
? Collect customer information such as organization structure, market position etc.
? Increasing our share in Key Customers.
? Customer survey, definition of the improvement actions and tracking them.
? Analysis of the main competitors and definition of the counter strategy aligned with the sales director and with the Global Key Account Manager
? Monitoring and deployment the market trends, actively listening to the customer ensuring that the customer requirements are deployed and met within KNOWLES in time.
? Coordinate with the internal quality and technical teams to timely resolve the quality complaint issues from Key Customers and its subcontractors
? Update and following of the project status, to meet the customer's requirement.
? Sales fulfilment together with logistics dept to make sure the on time delivery, with F/A to make sure the on time payment.
Education:
? Bachelor Degree, MBA is plus
Minimum job experience-preferable:
? Min 5 years working experience in the areas of Telecommunication, mobile phone market or/and Computer and Consumer Electrical industry) is preferred
? Min 3 years sales experience in Electronics components
? Project Management experience is plus
? Acoustic technology and knowledge are plus

? Excellent English in writing and speaking
? Powerful communication with different cultural backgrounds (Chinese, European)
? “Power user” of IT tools: MS-Office, e-mail, ...
