Responsibilities:


1. Technical Integrity Management Systems
• be responsible for the development and implementation of the Technical Integrity Management system
• facilitate corporate governance in respect to asset integrity management
• be the custodian of the technical integrity management processes,structures and frameworks
• provide support on policy and strategy matters relating to technical integrity management in an advisory capacity
• develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for technical integrity management performance measurement
• provision of timely "analyze and improve” for technical integrity "hot spots” and recommend timely rectification for facilities .
• identify and recommend for implementation Technical Integrity Management best practices
• develop and administer a consistent process for deviation control management to be applied across all assets
2. CMMS (SAP-PM) Implementation
• Setup/Maintain CMMS System on asset register,preventive maintenance generation,technical objects
• Support new development project team,hand-over readiness/completeness assessment of new development/projects and upload of data for new facilities and rejuvenation projects.
• Support implementation of CMMS system and business improvement projects
• Provide SAP-PM specific technical and functional data support
• Extract and Report CMMS-based Maintenance KPI’s across all facilities based on the Global Measures Dashboard
• Provide SAP PM specific technical support to end users and customers,coach/train new and less experienced users.
• Provide MIE specific training and coaching to Operations and Maintenance personnel
• Conduct on-location coaching on work preparation & scheduling as per the global process
• Support and administer user Change Control & Security Profile
• Perform acceptance testing in support to SAP Blueprint in implementing SAP upgrades

3. Planning and performance analysis
• He/she is to support SCEPCO Production and provide overview of SCEPCO performance in the area of production and top quartile performance.
• Act as the focal point in the area of operations performance reporting and provide support to ventures with respect to operation production improvement reports and forums.
• Provide support to annual business planning process
• Coordinates monthly and quarterly business reporting against production and performance targets. Provide management overview on performance of SCEPCO assets.
• Support SCEPCO Quarterly Business Review on production performance to provide management updates.
• Provide support to Shell Management Representatives in various production operation improvement forums. Provide management updates on matters related to production performance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:


EITHER:
a. An engineering degree or equivalent qualification together with circa 2-3 years of frontline experience in Production Operations and/or Maintenance. Fresh graduate with the potential and aspiration to develop into a Production Operations or Maintenance professional may also be considered.

OR
b. A diploma or equivalent qualification together with circa 7-10 years of broad experience in Production Operations and/or Maintenance

The candidate should have
• Good knowledge of Asset Integrity Management Framework, Deviation Control Process, HSE and inspection,
• Good knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems(CMMS),
• Excellent IT skills - skill with spreadsheets essential, understanding of databases advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses change management skills
• Analytical, able to understand complexity of oil and gas production processes, recognise potential opportunities and threats to the production system.
