Responsibilities:


• Contribute to Goal Zero in the organization and to be the lead in Safety (HSE).
• Work as an environmental advisor
o Work for all EIA/ESHIA related works.
o Conduct environmental survey at working sites such noise monitoring and solid waste or wastewater sampling at CBM sites.
o Conduct simple site testing.
o Work as CBM total waste focal point.
o Work for environmental audits.
o Work for the ISO14001 implementation in CBM sites.
o QC review and guide to CBM site HSSE advisor for environmental data collection/analysis.
o Update environmental (HSE) procedures where necessary.
o Work for the subject of CO2 in CBM business.
o Work for biodiversity related to CBM business if any
o Build up local stakeholder relationship such as environmental administration and well as environmental monitoring institute.
• Work for general HSE areas
o Work with CBM HSE advisor in the areas of HSE-MS implementation and improvements (GCF/Procedure updates,gap analysis) –environmental related.
o Review general Monthly HSE data in CBM.
o Support CBM HSSE Lead to manage other CBM HSSE matter when needed

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 -5 years working experience related to Environmental in Oil and Gas Exploration & Production (EP) industry, multi-national experiences are preferred.
• Environmental background, Master Degree in Sciences are preferred
• Knowledge of PRC environmental/HSE legislations.
• High perseverance and good communication skills.
• Familiar with EP site works.
• Knowledge of project management skills, and contractor management experience is an advantage.
• Good oral and written English level (can work in English).
• Good team player.
• Work under high pressure without compromising standards and principles.
• Familiar with computer usage for HSE data collection and performance reporting.
