汇报对象： Contract Performance Manager

职位描述
• Work with the Site Manager and Contract Performance Manager to prepare budgets and cost forecasts (in SAP or local equivalent), and provide regular cost reports for the site team
• Support Contract Performance Manager to work with SRE Central Finance for alignment on cost coding, management info, business controls, cost analysis, and benchmarking etc
• Manage routine financial transactions within delegated authority including raising purchase requisitions and performing GRs,administering sub-tenant costs and coordinating the timely payment of invoices
• Provide first-level support to the Shell team and service provider(s) on Planon including advice on system configuration and administration, and maintain oversight of the system data structure and integrity
• Provide first-level support to the Shell team on the Fountain system and maintain oversight of the quality of system administration including incident recording, action planning and follow-up and regular management information etc
• Support the Site Manager/Contract Performance Manager with contract spend information (actual vs. approved), target cost administration, approval of contract financial transactions and local procurement
• Act as Records Management Focal Point including maintenance of the site File Plan and information integrity including control of drawings, inventories, processes, licences, consents etc to GRM standards
• Support the Site Manager and Contract Performance Manager to roll out new system including pool car booking system, stationery online booking system, business card booking system, share point and etc. Well manage the data from system and coordinate the system upgrade.
• Provide the Shell FM team with advice and support on travel and expenses administration, IT hardware and IT accounts
• Provide general support to the Shell FM team including arrange and participate in team meetings, conferences and project activities
