岗位职责：
1. 协助创意总监负责活动的总导演工作
2、 负责及指导公司活动的视频剪辑、编辑工作
3. 负责相关视频的片头及片尾的设计与制作
4. 协助上级领导完成网站相关工作

岗位要求：
1. 广电毕业，专科及以上学历，应届生亦可。电视编导专业并愿意在本专业有所发展，且对本专业有着高度的热爱和激情，有电视台实习经历。
2. 对视频技术熟悉，会使用任意一种非线性编辑软件。
3. 沟通能力强，知识面广，信息搜索能力强，喜欢新鲜事物，勇于尝试与探索新的领域。
4. 有事业心，高度的责任心，有韧性，工作认真细致，能承受相当的工作压力。
