Be the admin of Funplus game fan page, CS channel and serves as primary generalist for Operation team on multiple skill focus on CS and Community , be the bridge between players and game studio for user question, fan page promotion and point of contact with game studio.

Requirement :

Customer support part:
1. To help and solve users reported question from CS channels and report to game studio
2. Manage and collect users feedback from CS channel
3. Report for major question and key CS metrics tracking

Community part:
1. Manage most day to day outbound communications and key metric tracking
2. Create and maintain communications calendar including cross promotion among games
3. Fanblasts—write, post and manage international page management –scheduling communications with remote staff
4. Create and administer surveys & share results to studio
5. Contests—end to end creation and management
6. Events: work and support all studio live events
7. Translation: for each patch of new version to make the wording right and polished
8. Market research: be the market expert of your region, and bring exactly information for mobile and web marketing channels
