Work-related Skill / Competency
You should have at least 3 years holistic BTL promotion advertising knowledge gained from agency side;
1. Experience in Liquor, Fashion or Auto sector will be an advantage.
2. Able to handle the project independently.
3. Attention to details and well-organized.
4. With good interpersonal and project management skill.
5. Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure.
6. Multiple projects with different clients are our norm, and candidates must be able to handle the workload and derive enjoyment and satisfaction from these pressures.
Job Objectives by position
The person should able to understand clients’ needs and able to propose appropriate marketing solutions ranging from product sales promotion, to long-term brand strategy planning.
Your primary responsibilities will include (But will not be limited to):
1. Supporting Account Manager to promote services to clients.
2. Developing portfolios and client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
3. Developing and promoting sales/ marketing plans, proposals and strategies to market the design consultancy business.
4. Cooperating & coordinate whole team to achieve client expectation in assigned project.
5. Adherence to ACTIVATION GROUP policies on ethics and integrity.
