职位描述

Customer Relationship Officer

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for the implementation of Course Management Procedure, communication among teachers, parents and students, and driving customer retention, referral and recommendation

Supervision

Reports to Service Supervisor or Service Manager, and is virtually managed by Regional Customer Experience Manager

Requirements for Customer Relationship Officer

· Love children and care about their growth

· Associate degree or above, Education or English majors preferred

· English CET4 or above

· Fluent oral English and accurate written English skills

· Strong sense of responsibility

· Open minded, willing to communicate with all people

· Be very flexible and can handle emergencies

· Be able to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)

· Quick learner

· Good team worker

· Having experience in Service or Educational industries is a plus

· Two-year work experience or above is a plus

· Microsoft Office software application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Main responsibilities

· Manage courses' schedule and progress according to Course Management Procedure (CMP)

· Communicate among course teachers, parents and kids to track the teaching quality and study results,

keep solid relationship with all customers

· Complaint handling and proper group management

· Maintain information in EF's Customer Relationship Management System

· Achieve the targets of retention, Customer Satisfaction, referral

· Assist to organize activities within and outside of schools, especially Life Clubs

· Assure students' attendance mark, maintain Course Lesson Folder (CLF), monitor TA's work

班主任汇报给客户服务主管或者客户服务经理,同时接受区域客户体验经理的管理

班主任的要求

· 对于孩子有强烈的爱心和关怀之情

· 大专以上毕业, 英语专业和教育专业优先考虑

· 大学英语4级或以上水平

· 流利的口语表达能力,准确的英语书写技能

· 强烈的责任心

· 思维开阔,愿意与人交流

· 灵活且能处理突发事件的能力

· 可以周末工作,周一至周五间有两天休息

· 具有快速学习能力

· 具有团队协作精神

· 有服务行业或教育行业经验者优先

· 具有2年或以上工作经验者优先

· 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件(word, excel, power point, outlook等)

· 按照课程管理体系的要求管理课程的时间和进度

· 负责教师、家长和学员间的沟通,以保证教学质量和学习效果,并且和所有客户保持良好关系

· 正确管理班级

· 恰当地处理客户投诉

· 在EF客户关系管理系统中做好完备的记录

· 提升客户满意度,完成续费和好友推荐等指标

· 协助组织校内外语言运用俱乐部和各项活动

· 确保学员上课出勤率的标注准确,维护班级管理文档,监督助教的工作
