职位描述
按照商场的业态分布及品牌组合，完成部门经理布置的租赁招商任务；协助完成所负责租户的租金收取工作。
1.根据商场年度招商计划，完成所负责楼层的招商，达到租金收益的预期目标
2.根据品类规划，对所负责的品类进行品牌招商调整，提高品牌组合影响力
3..负责客户开发洽谈，负责意向客户洽谈自签约全流程
4.负责跟进所分管楼层租户的档案管理
5.负责维护所分管楼层的租户关系并保证流畅的沟通
任职要求：
1.工商管理或经济类相关专业
2.大学本科及以上学历
3.5年以上品类招商工作经验
4.具有良好的品牌资源
5.了解国家、地方的商品法等相关法律法规
6.优秀的谈判能力及数字能力
7.积极主动、责任感强
