General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Be responsible for daily operation.
负责日常操作。

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Receive booking & clarify booking with vendor, send local SOP to all new customers for their easy guide
接受委托并与供应商确认委托，向新客户发送操作流程。
Guiding vendors through local procedures (incl. Customs, Stuffing， etc.)
与供应商梳理操作流程。
Dealing with vendor and solve their daily operation problems
与供应商合作处理日常操作中的问题。
To liaise with internal departments and overseas offices to follow up the cargo.
与各个部门沟通跟踪货物
Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.
确保操作系统中录入的信息完整并且正确。
Keep supervisor informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation
日常操作中遇到的问题及时通知主管
Ensure file is hand over to supervisor for close by due date.
确保按时把文件提交给主管安排关账。
Other tasks assigned by manager.
完成其他由经理分配的任务。

Qualifications
College graduate, major in related is preferable
大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先考虑
FCL and BB import and export operations are preferred 集装箱和散杂货进出口的操作优先
Familiar with MS office 熟练掌握办公软件
Good English in reading and writing 良好的英语读写能力
