工作内容：
*了解和收集业务需求，并将其转化为IT解决方案。
*根据架构指南和流程开发解决方案，以确保项目高效、可扩展。
*解决系统问题，协助生产支持和用户解决生产问题。
*为各种接口提供编程支持。
*在测试过程中提供技术支持。
*协助部署并提供部署后支持。

要求：
*熟悉AS400，熟悉RPG语言。
*有良好的英语读写能力。
*较强的书面沟通能力，包括撰写业务需求，规范和编程/配置文档的能力。
