岗位职责：

1. 负责日常仓库运营管理，解决收发货及退换货过程中的异常问题
2. 制定并执行库存管理策略，确保合理的存货周转率
3. 组织和监督仓库循环盘点，协调财务部门进行年度盘点工作
4. 管理采购流程，及时下达采购订单，跟进付款和到货情况
5. 分析并优化库存结构，定期提供库存报告和改进建议
6. 与国内物流供应商保持良好沟通，审核月度物流账单并安排付款
7. 协调跨部门合作，优化仓储和采购流程，提高运营效率
8. 完成部门经理交办的其他相关工作


Position: Warehouse and Procurement Specialist, reporting to Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications:

1. Strong professional ethics, dedication, and teamwork skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
3. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management or related fields; Good English skills for daily business communication
4. Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management and material procurement in the apparel industry, familiar with import/export documentation processes
5. Proficient in common office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word), skilled in using ERP systems such as Kingdee
6. Familiar with best practices in warehouse management and supply chain operations
7. Willing to undertake short-term domestic travel

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily warehouse operations, resolve issues in receiving, shipping, and returns processes
2. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal inventory turnover rates
3. Organize and supervise cyclical inventory counts, coordinate with the Finance department for annual inventory audits
4. Manage procurement processes, place purchase orders timely, and follow up on payments and deliveries
5. Analyze and optimize inventory structure, provide regular inventory reports and improvement suggestions
6. Maintain good communication with domestic logistics providers, review monthly logistics bills and arrange payments
7. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation to optimize warehouse and procurement processes, improving operational efficiency
8. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the department manager
