职位描述
85 S3 or above become single contact point to communicate with end users
85 create and perform according to SOP, e.g. login system to activate BCP (e.g. SITA address change), failover
85 work with user to perform verification
85 work with 3rd party vendors on workaround and fixes, e.g. integration with other airline systems, hk custom
85 level 1.5 after helpdesk support
85 s2 & s1 need to report to duty managers
85 average tickets need to handle per month: ~16
85 involve 10+ applications (all are vendor product), some critical apps: warehouse (2 parts are in-house build), track control, material request, cctv, security control, office email, printing service
85 analyse incident (total 400+ incidents, 90% S4) - propose improvement, enrich PD guide
85 S4 keep existing team to continue support
85 Cantonese is a must
85 expect immediate response
85 some specific S4 (potential S3) may need to coordinate with 3rd party for data patching
85 mainly 7x24hrs support including non-office hour
85 mainly phone call right now, email, can gradually change to teams
85 may need to call vendor support phone
