Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Execute functional strategies 执行功能策略
2. Develop, deploy and execute functional strategies 展开,部署和执行功能策略
3. Support STRAP, mid-term and short-term planning processes 协助在期中和短期的 策略计划（STRAP) 过程
4. Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling 财政预算， 分析， 回顾和持续监控
5. People Leadership (Target setting & controlling, KB Dialogue, Feedback and Recognition, Personnel Placement Planning and People Development, etc.) 人才领导(目标计划和监控,KB对话,反馈和贊譽/表彰,人事调配安排和人才发展等)
6. Check production work according to production plan, ensuring production plan be finished on time 根据生产计划，检查生产工作，确保生产任务的完成
7. Coordinate and organize other departments to guarantee keep production safe and smooth 协调并组织相关其他部门，保持生产安全、顺畅 Build up and perform safety production, organize safety check and make control plan 建立和完善安全生产、组织安全巡视，并就发现的安全隐患制定改进措施
8. Following company quality & HSE management system, lead assembly production to improve quality, cost and delivery performance 遵照公司的质量管理与HSE管理体系，并基于KPS精益生产的原则，管理组装现场在质量、成本、交货期等方面的持续改善
9. Apply the standard work and Kaizen activities in OE&RS Assembly responsible cells according to KPS to improve the quality and productivities with measurable KPIs 遵循KPS在OE与RS负责区域实施标准化作业以及其他相关的精益改善活动，提高产品质量与生产效率，并通过可测量的KPI进行衡量
10. Support production manager to finalize budget identification and calculation, follow up and improve continuous.支持生产经理完成部门年度预算与费用的识别与计算，并持续跟进和改善

Requirements:

1. university degree and above 本科及以上学历
2. Product Knowledge of the company 公司产品相关知识
3. Assembly production management and IE knowledge 装配生产管理与工艺知识
4. Lean production 精益生产
5. HSE management HSE管理
