主要职责：
-- 促进信用风险管理方案的推动，维护渠道合作伙伴关系
-- 为渠道合作伙伴提供技术支持，组织培训和研讨会
-- 与合作伙伴共同拓展新的渠道机会，在对应负责的市场区域中探索可持续增长机遇
-- 与内部各团队协同合作，推进风险策略的批复
-- 完成公司安排的其他项目
职位要求：
-- 本科学历，2年及以上工作经验
-- 1 年金融/保险/咨询公司相关业务工作经验
-- 较强的人际关系维护、谈判和沟通技巧，有较强的论证和说服能力
-- 优秀的团队合作精神
-- 流利的英语和日语
-- 能接受出差

Responsibilities
-- Foster credit risk management offering and engage channel partners
-- Provide technical support, organize training and workshops to empower partners
-- Joint channel development with partners and identify scalable business opportunities in the responsible market
-- Liaise with internal functions to facilitate risk decisions
-- Ad-hoc projects as requested by management

The successful candidates should be:
-- Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of working experience preferred
-- 1 year of commercial experience on financial / insurance / consulting industry
-- Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills with very good argumentation and persuasive power
-- Excellent Team work
-- Fluent English and Japanese
-- Business trips are required
