Responsibilities 职责:
- Store Sales Achievement
1) Assist to Store Manager on store sales plan allocation and communication with store staff.
2) Assist to Store Manager on store sales achievement tracking, update to all store staff.
3) Support store staff to achieve their personal and entire store sales plan.
4) Assist to Store Manager to ensure all day to day activities support the key retail strategies and current initiatives in order to drive the success of various types of business.

- Store Operations
1) Ensure proper functioning of all sales support systems, e.g. POS, IT, security.
2) Carry out merchandise transfer.
3) Maintain stock and inventory counts.
4) Assist to Store Manager to perform activities to complete monthly audit checklist.
5) Support Store Manager planning staff roster.
6) Closely work with Service Center on after sales services, e.g. repairs, engravings.
7) Assist to Store Manager on store security management.

- Service Excellence
1) Support Store Manager to foster a store environment of Service Excellence- define, model and hold staff accountable for demonstrating the behaviors that enhance customer engagement, build enduring relationships and represent Tiffany Brand values.
2) Support Store Manager to coach all staff to reinforce Tiffany & Co. training concepts and develop the necessary skills to ensure consistent delivery of Service Excellence.

Qualifications 资历要求:
1) College degree preferred
2) 5 years or above retail management experience, luxury brand preferred
3) Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results.
4) Strong team building and leadership skills
5) Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational kills
6) Good command of in written and spoken English and Chinese
7) Customer oriented, sales driven, creative, diplomatic
8) Must be well organized and can work under pressure
9) Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
10) Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.)
