Position: L&OD Manager
Report to: Senior Manager, HR & Admin. Dept.
Subordinate: NA
A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning & Development Manager is responsible for driving business impact through learning and development solutions partnering with HR Business Partners ("HRBP"). The L&D Manager drives L&D solutions design, improvement and landing delivery to address leadership, managerial and employee capability gaps.
1.Learning & Development Needs Analysis & Solution design
Partnering with HRBPs to drive learning & development needs analysis and intervention solutions design
Responsible for assessment, definition, development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives
2.Program delivery
Coordinate with Emerson Corporate L&D to execute leadership and managerial and employee development programs
Make sure L&D execution excellence & effectiveness
Facilitate and deliver L&D programs
3.Serve as L&D account manager to organization
Create Segment specific instructional design based on unique business/organization needs
Monitor and improve the effectiveness of all L&D programs in the responsible organization
4.Others
Solid program effectiveness monitoring & tracking approach
Has the ability to discuss business and strategic issues with key stakeholders
Quickly understand organization dynamic and set up network
Strong cross-group collaboration skills in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment
Demonstrated ability to work with all level of business managers and HRBPs and build effective working relationships.

C. EDUCATION/ TRAINING /EXPERIENCE
1. Minimal 10 years' L&D/ OD roles in MNC, General HR experience is a plus.
2. Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure;
3. BA/BS minimum required. Fluent Mandarin / English in both oral and written;
4. Strong project management skills. Experiences in landing global programs in China locally;
5. Communication, Collaboration and Influencing skills;
