职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide support for production line, including quality and technical problems. Provide support for reasonable proposal putting forward by production line staff. Lead /participate in continually improvement regarding technology, equipment, material and quality, in order to make higher productivity and cost reduction. Lead or participate in global new product introduction project and complete on time.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Provide support on production line, rapid response on production line problems, including technology, equipment, material and quality, and direct production activity in accordance with production process;
2.Assist with company to complete safety training, to ensure implement in accordance with national security legislation and company safety rules and regulation, lead or participate in company production safety improvement;
3.Translate and work out manufacture technology document, make improvement on manufacture procedure to get higher production efficiency and cost saving;
4.Responsible for new product and manufacture procedure training for production line staff, and participate in new staff technical training;
5.Analyse production data, to identify warning early, to help find problems and potential risk, and then take immediately measure and follow up;
6.Respond reasonable suggestion and provide technical guidance, lead/participate in continually improvement by lean production and 6-sigma;
7.Responsible for providing technical consult for order administration department, assist with repair centre to resolve technology problem for returned instrument;
8.Keep technical communication with global engineer to via e-mail, call. Lead or participate in global new product introduction project and complete on time.

EDUCATION/ TRAINING /EXPERIENCE
1.University graduate majored in engineering or equivalent;
2.Experience in manufacturing business or project is preferred;
3.Familiar with Office software;
4.Good English communication skill;
5.Have Lean and 6-Sigma knowledge is preferred.
