职位描述
1.HR base data setup and maintenance, HR system maintenance
2.HR Policy and Compliance
a)Host HR audit and review from EMR, External auditor, Government officers
b)Compliance with Labor Law and other regulations
c)New policy and implementation announcement
d)Employee handbook update and communication with Employees
e)Employee occupation Disease Process
f)HR& Admin Document Record Retention process
3.C&B
a)Participate in salary and benefits surveys
b)Participate compensation data review and analysis
c)Provide supporting for all C&B programs like annual salary review, retention plan
d)Participate in Variable Bonus plan and payout proposal
4.All Employee Staffing and Operation
a)New employees’ onboard documentation and staff preparation
b)Conduct employees’ resignation procedure
c)Manage vendors like labor dispatching company(including service fee, compliance,
social Insurance etc.)
d)Work together with dispatching vendors about IB’s payroll monthly
e)Accurately and timely collect and provide payroll data or information monthly
f)Sign and renew all employees’ labor contract timely
g)Update employee contract after position or other conditions changes
h)Employee employment certifications and others personal relational certifications

6. Other Temp Work by direct supervisor
Requirement:
Bachelor degree, majoring in human resources or psychology;
Understand the labor laws and regulations;
Above 5years HR experience;
Excellent communication skills in English
