分解月销售目标,制定销售计划,确保销售各环节顺利运营以达到零售目标和进货目标的完成和超越

Stocks and Others
库存管理健康化,确保小样,试用装等执行符合每家柜台的库存计划,定期检查库存情况;配合公司库存管理和柜台盘点。
Ensure the healthy stock aligned with company Stocks requirements; assure the tester, sampling, product strategy is implemented properly in each door; insure adequate orders placed and received prior to each event; cooperate in stocktaking work and regularly check the stock accuracy.
确保收支符合公司预算计划,并确保及时收回应收账款或者发票。
Control A&P spending to guidelines provided by National Retail Director; Responsible for timely collection of account receivables on predetermined collection date as negotiated with each individual store.
People Managment
带领大柜长管理相关区域销售达成以及其他相应事务
Lead area counter chief to manage the achievement of certain areas and other operational matters
管理团队,共同达成销售目标
Manage subordinates and staff to achieve retail sales targets:
确保招聘的员工符合公司职务和企业文化价值观的要求,并做好人员日常管理,减少流失率
Recruit and retain the staff by company job requirement and core value
负责柜台员工考勤以及工资奖金计算
Responsible for BA attendance management and accuracy, preceding monthly BA salary accuracy;
检查BA的工作完成进度,确保人员生产率的***化
Responsible for random checking and calls to assure BA’s are fulfilling schedule and improve the productivity.
与商场建立良好的合作关系,配合督促管理BA的日常考勤和工作
Responsible for setting up relationship with store management to solicit their help in monitoring BA attendance according to schedule.
5-7 年零售行业经验,在行业中有良好的销售管理记录,至少两年化妆品行业销售主管或经理资历,高端护肤品牌经验更佳
5-7 years’ retail industry working experience, Qualified and/or well experienced with good sales track record, minimum 2 years as sales manager in cosmetics industry; experience in prestigious brand is a plus
大学学历或者以上
Bachelor’s degree or above;
良好的中文沟通能力,英语更佳
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English skills is a plus;, English skills is a plus
基本的电脑操作能力,如果有SAP应用经验者更佳
Good command of computer skills for MS; knowledge with SAP is a plus;
