Your role and responsibilities
61 Prepares annual production budget, oversees progress, and determines
actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the
budget and resources. Responsible for all aspects of safety and housekeeping
within assigned area per company policy.
61 Responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards within assigned
area. Responsible for ensuring maximum production within the parameters of high
quality and safe practice.
61 Assign specific tasks, as required, to ensure the most effective and
efficient use of the Team Members in his/her area. Ensure that tools and
materials essential for the performance of the work are readily available.
61 Identify and implement potential improvements to the operation or product
under his/her control. Provide training and guidance to Team Members.
61 Evaluate and review the work performance of all Team Members in assigned
area. Assesses current and anticipated work volume to maintain proper manpower
requirements.
61 Cooperate with management of other departments to ensure that work flows in
an orderly and productive manner. Maintain a working knowledge of Company
Policies and Procedures.
61 Identifies employee problems as they arise and deals with them in a fair
and equitable manner. Keep management informed of any potential problems in
his/her area.
61 Maintain comprehensible records to document the performance of his/her area
of responsibility. Perform other assignments as directed.
Qualifications for the role
61 Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, etc.
61 Operations Management or other related fields.
61 Possess good communication and problem solving skills.
61 Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments and in both
Chinese and English
61 Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motive and develop people
61 Result-orientated and very responsible
61 Strong ability to solve conflicts.
