? According to the plan/strategy derived from the sales department, be responsible for the sales job in the area and control the credit; s Assist distributors to develop new retail networks. 根据销售部门的计划/战略, 负责在区域内的销售工作；协助经销商开拓新的零售网络。
? Open up the market; maintain and develop our customers and the reputation of company. Actively develop intra-industry or out-of-industry cooperation opportunities to increase new customers. 开拓市场；维护和发展我们的客户及公司良好的声誉；积极开发行业内或行业外的合作机会，增加新客户。
? Contact/visit the customers frequently and obtain the business information in time; 接触/拜访客户，及时获得市场信息；
? Work out weekly report, monthly report and the visit reports after the business trip. 制定周报告、月度报告和出差报告；
? Make sales plan in the defined regions for sales forecasting, marketing analysis and actions taken etc. and implement it accordingly. 制定销售计划，在确定的区域内进行销售预测、销售分析及采取的行动等；
? Send the feedback of the marketing information, price/activities of the competitors etc. to the sales team leader. 向销售团队领导者反馈市场信息、价格及竞争对手方面的信息；
? Be the bridge if some customer complaining cases happen 处理顾客抱怨；
? Support our dealers to expand our sales channels in terms of joint sales calls, technical training coordination etc. 支持我们的经销商，扩大销售渠道，技术培训协调等；
? Other assignments from superior其他上级布置的工作。
职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历
2. 5年销售经验，医疗器械行业销售经验者优先考虑。
3. 具备听力学技术背景和经验，熟悉助听器产品和调试验配，能帮助湖南地区大客户到店做培训和技术指导工作；
