职位描述
Plan, direct and monitor the activities of sales team within the specified geography, product line and achieve established sales targets.
计划、指导和监督销售团队在所属区域的业务开展以达到销售目标
Lead sales team to execute company’s policies in order to achieve the targets of sales, marketing and technical training in assigned.带领销售团队执行公司各项政策,完成公司委派的各项销售、市场、培训等任务;
Plan and execute sales strategy in defined region on the base of sales forecast, financial analysis and marketing study etc. 根据销售目标、财务预算以及市场情况制定并执行区域销售策略;
Establish and maintain satisfied relationship with current customers and assist to offer good customer management, including checkup sales accounts and money return tracking, etc.建立并维护良好的客户关系,并协助公司做好客户服务(包括对帐、回款跟踪等);
Develop and explore potential business opportunities. 挖掘和开发新客户;
Participant in market investigation and promotion activities implementation 参与市场调查和市场促销活动;
Give valuable information and advice to company management base on investigation and study on the status of marketing and government’s regulars.根据市场情况、国家及地方政策、法规,向公司管理层及时提供信息和建议;
Monitor the performance of regional sales members and give professional coach if necessary.管理销售团队,并对销售人员提供业务培训和工作指导;
Submit weekly report, monthly report on time.准时提交周报表和月度报表;

职位要求:
Bachelor degree in medicine science or related 本科以上学历,医学或相关专业
Above 7 years sales experience and at least 3 years in sales management 7年以上销售工作经验,至少三年以上销售管理经验
Self-motivated, organized and task oriented; 自我激励,组织和任务导向;
Analytical and conceptual thinking善于分析与思考
