岗位职责
1、参与结构及工艺技术预研和新产品整机开发，落实结构及工艺关键技术方案；
2、负责产品结构解决方案开发和验证工作，包括但不限于结构和工装的方案设计、建模、出图、材料选型、静力学和动力学仿真；
3、负责产品开发过程中DFM，制定合理的加工工艺，达成可制造性及成本的最优化；负责整机结构试装验证等活动；能够独立完成风险识别、问题定位、方案执行，及时闭环；
4、参与产品维护需求，提供高效、高质量解决方案并执行落地。
岗位要求
1、具有2年以上结构设计或工艺开发经验，熟悉IPD开发流程，有多部门集成开发工作经验；
2、能熟练使CATIA/中望 3D/SOLIDWOKS 设计软件中的至少一种，有动力学，流体力学仿真经验；了解机加工、钣金加工、注塑成型等工艺制程；有中望 3D应用经验者优先。
3、熟悉金属、陶瓷、橡胶、高分子等常用工程材料的典型材料选型及其性能特点，能够根据不同需求选择合适材料和工艺方案；
4、具备良好的组织协调和沟通能力，对常见的生产和测试等问题能独立准确地进行分析和解决；
5、英语熟练掌握，可作为工作语言，大学英语四级以上。
