We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to lead our dynamic team in deploying innovative software solutions. 61 Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in software development best practices.

61 Develop and integrate NLP-based chatbot solutions with a focus on LLM back-end support.
61 Enhance existing applications to serve as comprehensive analytics dashboards for clients, ensuring seamless front-end and back-end integration.
61 Implement and optimize scalable vector search databases for product similarity searches using Elasticsearch.
61 Design and deploy scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions on cloud platforms.
61 Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
61 Drive continuous improvement in code quality, development processes, and team productivity.
61 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into development practices where applicable.
3. Required Skills and Experience:
61 Proven experience in Python programming and software development.
61 Strong expertise in machine learning model development and data pre-processing.
61 Proficiency in deploying applications on cloud services (AWS, Oracle).
61 Extensive experience with NLP and LLM integration.
61 Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development, including SQL and database management.
61 Advanced knowledge of deployment technologies and tools, including Kubernetes and Docker.
61 Expertise in Elasticsearch and scalable database management.
61 Strong architectural design skills, with the ability to create robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
61 Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
61 Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications:
61 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
61 Certification in cloud services (AWS, Oracle) or relevant technologies.
61 Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role.
