KEY TASKS: 主要职责
1. Lead business development activities linked to margarine:
61 Lead on product development and improvement, for customer projects and products for the general market (innovation)
61 Support customer visits, for business development, protection of business at risk and for technical support
61 In cooperation with the BU Plant Based- margarine: taking care of the implementation of strategic products in China market
2. Support to operations:
61 Support feasibility studies, implementation of new processes and the launch of new production lines
61 Support on processing improvement, cost reduction, raw materials screening and selection
3. Training :
61 Support to do the technical training for MKT, sales and operations

Requirement 要求
61 Education: Master or above in Food science
61 Experience: min 3 years
61 Technical knowledge/skill:
- Product technical knowledge, especially on margarine product development and operation process
- With theoretical and practical knowledge in application (raw materials and finish goods)
61 Language: Fluent Mandarin and English
61 A hands-on mindset
61 Soft skill:
- Good communication skills
- Good team spirit
- Good learning capability
- Positive & passion
61 Be able to travel according to busniess needs.
