Overview

KPMG Corporate Finance advises clients across a range of product areas including M& A, Debt and Project Financing, Valuations and Capital Raising.


Responsibilities
--Structure and execute corporate finance transactions, including equity fundraising, Joint Venture Set-up Acquisitions, and Disposal;
--Conduct detailed financial / pricing analysis
--Analyse and monitor changes in dynamics and regulatory environment of selected sectors (such as industrial products and consumer products) in PRC
--Prepare pitch books, information memorandums,
--Assisting client in preparing transaction documents
--Assist clients in due diligence exercises
--Participate in client meetings and provide negotiation support during transaction process
--Frequent travelling to work on cross-border M&A assignments

Experience and skills
--Excellent academic background preferably with a professional qualification in accounting/CFA
--Minimum of 5 years’ corporate finance experience acquired with prestigious banks, professional firms and corporations
--Experience in handling public company engagements is an advantage
--Solid corporate finance knowledge and skills on valuation/pricing techniques, DCF, Comparable Company/Transaction Multiples,etc
--Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
--Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
