Work seriously with responsibility, good communication skill and learning capability, have teamwork sprit.
Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. 对来样及指示书能正确理解，能及时发现并提出不合理之处并给出建议。Can understand tech packs and original samples correctly and find the problems which are unreasonable and give advice.
2. 能正确翻译客人的指示书和意见，并能指导工厂改进问题以达到客户的要求。Can translate all instructions and comments received from customers and can instruct the factory to improve the problems to meet the requirements of the customer.
3. 在直属上级的安排下，分管毛衫部门样品生产进度及质量检验，保证按时保质交付样品 In charge of the progress and quality control for sample development under the arrangement of direct supervisor, ensure samples can be submitted on time and of good quality.
4. 按照要求订打样所需要的纱线和辅料，及完成寄样品相关的工作流程。Order sample yarn and trims as per the TP request, complete the work process of sending samples in system.
5. Check sample and support factory to solve sample and bulk production problem during producing：协助工厂解决样品和大货生产过程中的问题

6. 工作效率和工作量达到考核标准。Work efficiency and workload reach the assessment standard.
