The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring quality control, training staff baristas in coffee making and customer service, and managing store operations. It is notable that the Store Manager will be responsible for Ricci Coffee’s first store location. If successful, the Store Manager will be promoted to oversee regional and/or national operations as Ricci Coffee expands.

? Train new baristas in the art of coffee making

Store management

? Manage the day-to-day operations of Store Number One
? 管理店内每日正常运作的数量
? Plan, direct, and coordinate in-store activities to ensure that Ricci Coffee delivers high quality products and services to its customers

? Be responsible for customer service, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling

Required Skills

? Full mastery of espresso extraction and the preparation of all espresso-based coffee drinks; full mastery of cold blended coffee beverages, blended fruit drinks, and other common café beverages such as hot chocolate and steamed soy milk

? Full mastery of all coffee equipment, including the espresso machine, grinder, doser, and all other bar equipment
