DATA ANALYST & ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION.

Candidate responsibilities
-Identification & collation of key data from both internal & external sources
-Analysis of data, identifying key opportunities for parts sales growth
-Collect & provide market intelligence & analysis to assist formulation of current & future parts sales strategy
-Ongoing analysis & reporting from all Program channels &activities
-Management & administration of program parts pricing and associated rebate mechanisms Ensure effective communication & feedback at all times with:NSC,National Sales Manager and Sales team
-Create reporting to monitor all KPl as required by the NSC

Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
-Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, familiar of data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau) as a plus.
-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
-Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to present data findings.
-Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
-Excellent PPT production skills are required
