管理和协调所有软件和基于策略的部署到EY中国的20000+桌面.在部署方法、评估风险和满足项目截止日期方面为项目团队提供指导。
职位要求:
61 准备部署计划，确定测试人员和目标受众标准。
61 在 ServiceNow 中准备和提交变更请求，并在适用时与变更审阅者/批准者合作
61 与产品经理、服务所有者和其他特定于部署的利益相关者密切合作
61 运行报告（例如 MECM/SCCM 部署状态报告）以监控每个部署的成功和进度，监控部署和测试反馈
61 识别故障并与相关团队（例如packaging团队、product owner ,service desk）合作解决和补救
61 定期与各个stakeholder共享部署状态报告，根据已建立的部署流程进行项目交付
61 强大的项目管理技能，包括管理任务列表、时间表，中级到高级 Excel 技能，高度关注细节
61 具备Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) 知识者优先
61 出色的书面和口头沟通技巧，能够流利地用英语进行口头和书面交流
