职位描述
岗位职责:
1、招聘、培养、管理和发展团队;
2、按照上级工作要求,落实各项工作计划,负责对部门员工进行业务指导、培训及绩效考核;
3、带领团队成员,培训、支持销售团队开发新、老客户,完成公司下达的业绩目标;
4、根据业务发展,组织参与测评宣传推广活动,开发销售工具,拓展合作伙伴;
5、按公司要求完善内部管理,如CRM、客户档案的管理工作及数据分析等;
6、与相关业务部门协调,完善服务流程规范和服务系统;
7、完成上级交办的其他工作。

1、人力资源管理或者心理学专业优先;
2、l思维逻辑强,乐于钻研,善于快速学习和掌握新知识,有过管理咨询或人才管理项目经验者优先;
3、认真负责,客户导向、专业精进、开拓进取、能承压力,具备团队协作意识。
