岗位职责：

1、招聘、培养、管理和发展团队；
2、按照上级工作要求，落实各项工作计划，负责对部门员工进行业务指导、培训及绩效考核；
3、带领团队成员，培训、支持销售团队开发新、老客户，完成公司下达的业绩目标；
4、根据业务发展，组织参与测评宣传推广活动，开发销售工具，拓展合作伙伴；
5、按公司要求完善内部管理，如CRM、客户档案的管理工作及数据分析等；
6、与相关业务部门协调，完善服务流程规范和服务系统；
7、完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、人力资源管理或者心理学专业优先；
2、l思维逻辑强，乐于钻研，善于快速学习和掌握新知识，有过管理咨询或人才管理项目经验者优先；
3、认真负责，客户导向、专业精进、开拓进取、能承压力，具备团队协作意识。
