岗位职责：
1、负责进行产品规划、产品设计和产品迭代跟踪落地，包括：市场调研、竞品分析、产品路标规划、需求分析、版本发布、迭代跟进等工作；
2、负责产品日常使用情况跟进并进行持续产品迭代升级；
3、支持渠道、售前、市场部门等进行产品营销活动，负责与技术部门沟通解决工作中所出现的问题；
4、负责产品运营方案中的技术支持等工作；
5、负责产品落地交付工作，具体包括：与项目各方涉众的沟通交流、组织协调、进度推进、结果反馈等。
任职资格：
1、统招本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业，有2年以上B端软件产品工作经验，有培训类产品工作经验或项目需求工作经验者优先考虑；
3、具备系统且优秀的产品打造能力，从市场分析、产品规划设计、需求分析、发版跟踪等有系统工作经验和认知；
4、良好的沟通能力，善于发现和准确把握需求；
5、有较强的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力和文字书写能力，具有系统性思维，善于归纳总结；
6、有激情和责任心，团队荣誉感强，沟通协调能力强，学习能力、抗压能力强。
