职位描述

Primary Function of Position:
Leads sales enabling function in Intuitive Fosun as an individual contributor role at first and may lead a team of managers and individual contributors in future. The role will be the 1st hired in his or her team in China and collaborate with local sales team (da Vinci and Ion) and global sales enabling team. This will be non-training role who will emerge himself or herself in 1st hand touch with clinical and capital sales practice to accomplish following goals:

1. extract effective sales behaviors through entire clinical and capital selling process (Clinical Sales Process, Capital 5 pillar and Pre-sales activities)
2. formulate the observed behaviors into standardized sales activity and selling process
3. analysis and close sales team competent gaps by using or generating sales performance related data (index and quota) and report

Roles & Responsibilities:
Communication and Collaboration
In order to achieve goals for this role, he or she need to be in a proactive approach to different teams and functions including clinical sales, capital sales, marketing, service, commercial learning and commercial excellence team. Various collaboration mechanism need to be established by this role:
? Attending internal sales meeting, performance review and quarter or annual meetings
? Delivery field visit and coaching to support routine sales activities such as all surgeon meetings or executive test drive for capital sales
? Surgeon and other non-clinical customer visit to understand value required or value delivered, to evaluate effectiveness of current sales activity
? Quarterly discussion session with commercial excellence team for new sales date (index) or report required.
? Half year enabling review meeting with head of commercial learning, sales leaders and BOPs leaders

Decision Making and Problem Solving
? Identify and apply various tools such as CMR, Seismic, Tabluoe and SFDC to find obstacles that affect individual and team selling effectiveness.
? Give advice on bottom 30% sales performance.
? Promote best selling solution by delivering various projects such as Field Coaching Greater China and Milestone Applicable with China Charters.

Leadership
? Drives collaboration among key stakeholder such as clinical, capital sales team, commercial learning and commercial excellence in different initiatives.
? Coach individual sales rep in discovering anchor and delivering various sales activities.
? Stretches and utilizes team members to their fullest potential.
? Models Intuitive Fosun Individual & Leadership Expectations; influences and mentors subordinates and counterparts in the development of these traits.
? Transfer effectiveness indicators to the sales training team, develop corresponding training courses to further enhance effectiveness.

Planning and Execution
? Leads planning for annual initiatives and projects of sales enabling functions.
? Leads budgeting and cost control of sales enabling.
? Establish a clinical empowerment center, implement on-the-job coaching in territory and promote milestone sales activities.
? Participates in professional training organizations to learn best practices; brings new and innovative techniques and processes to Intuitive Fosun.


Analytical
? Measure sales effectiveness of training programs and develop reports and comprehensive programs analysis

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
? At least 5 year’s experience in clinical or capital selling.
? Clinical background is a plus but not necessary.
? English proficiency is a plus but not necessary.
? This role also open for internal referral (open to current Intufosun sales team members)
