Sales Administrator China & EA (CSR – Tower lead)
About you
? Lead customer support representative team and investigation with related teams to manage order processing/billing on daily base for trade AR cash-in.
? Monitor AR outstanding/high-risk items to prevent overdue.
? Make judgement and sound solution for disputes cases timely and proactively.
? Contact to sales team and customers by fluent working language to clarify inquiries, provide support through both phone call and emails. Collaborate with key stakeholders and maintain trust relationship in long term run.
? Provide deeply KPI related review and analysis result, as well as provide support to Management team such as preparing various statistic reports, data investigation, etc. and other ad hoc activities
? Drive transformation project, change management and act commentary and control aligning with GSS goal.
? Fulfill other requirement or tasks assigned by Management team.
In addition, we wish you could:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? 5+ years working experiences in AR/sales support/customer financial analysis or support area.
? AR as main working experience is preferred
? Great communication skill to external and internal parties in both oral and written way.
? High analytic and reporting skills to focus on details, result oriented, ability to cope with stress and self-driven, patient and hard-working, earnest and careful, with strong ability to solve problems.
? Fluent command of English (written & spoken)
? Great SAP or similar ERP experience, and good skills of MS Office applications e.g. Excel, PPT. Skill of ProwerBI/QS, VBA, Python is preferred.
? Excellent business sense, outcome driven, continuous learning spirit and welcome to standardization and improvement, able to drive improvement initiatives.

? CSR tower lead is responsible for CSR team daily operation management, includes: customer maintenance, order following up, sales data analyzing etc.
? CSR tower lead has to coordinate and work with cooperate: Sales & Marketing, On-site Service team, SCM, etc to fulfill the tasks.
