岗位职责：
1、能够用英语进行流利的交流并对国外材料进行翻译工作；
2、调查、分析和评估市场，进行价格谈判、产品质量控制和材料数据库的建立等；
3、材料进场检验，数量和外观资料的检查，检查记录的填写；
4、熟知各种工程材料的性能、价格、产地、用途。
任职资格：
1、英语优秀，可以进行流利的口语交流并对国外材料产品的翻译；
2、对建筑材料具有浓厚的兴趣；
3、具备装饰施工企业材料采购管理工作经验者优先考虑；
4、具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
5、有良好的职业道德和团队协作精神，为人正直诚实，能够承受较大工作压力；
6、能够熟练运用常用办公软件。
