工作责任：

1、全面负责编辑部组织领导工作以及业务工作。

2、根据发展战略和目标，制定采编方针、经营计划，并组织落实和监督实施。

3、为每期刊物撰写各类文章，重要专访及前瞻性观点文章。

4、组织策划、编辑、审定各栏目以及采访专题。

5、负责编辑部从选题策划、目录制定、采访落实、稿件协调、后期制作、签版核红直至印厂印刷的整个流程管理。

6、负责记者，编辑等人员的培训工作和业务学习。

7、为公司的长远发展不断提出创新性、建设性方案。

职位要求

1、 教育程度： 中文、新闻、传媒等相关专业，本科或以上学历。

2、 资历经验：三年以上主编、副主编或执行主编岗位经验相关岗位从业经验。

3、 专业技能：较强的文字驾驭能力，文学功底浓厚；对杂志整体运作有较强的认识，熟悉采编、出版工作流程；有良好的团队精神和组织沟通协调能力，创新能力，承压能力，文字表达和编辑能力，文笔大气精准。

4、 综合素质：具有新闻从业人员的敏感性，独立策划和外联能力；热爱出版事业，具有较强的组织能力和策划能力；热爱杂志编辑工作，具备良好的敬业精神和职业操守 。
